Hi! My name is Gregory (Greg) Pope. I live in Southern California, in an area of Los Angeles County, called the Santa Clarita Valley. More specifically, I live in Canyon Country. A brief background for me. I was born in Long Beach California in nineteen fifty two. My family moved to the San Fernando Valley (CA), a year and a half later. While I was growing up, my Mom was a real estate agent, so we moved around the SF Valley quite a bit. This is where I learned how to “flip a house”. However, the real estate market isn’t what it used to be, and now I generate money blogging.

I have lived in Southern California my whole life. This is to say, I am one of five born into our family, and I am blessed to live in this country, and to live in this spot, of the United States of America!. Luckily, most of the time, the weather is very nice here. However, we do have Earthquakes, Fires, Floods, and numerous days during the summer, above the hundred-degree mark. Despite the negative connotations about California, I am proud to say. My family has been here for two generations, and this place has been very good to us. Except to say the taxes we pay are way too high. Pardon me, but I feel like stating the obvious. Ha Ha
