When we think of our pets, and their needs, often the first thought is I wonder how they are feeling. In other words, we treat our pets like family members, who can’t verbally communicate. However, we can usually tell when they are in the dumps, or just aren’t feeling well. As an illustration, just the other day, my black Labrador refused to eat his diner. And, if you’re familiar with Labradors, they generally have an insatiable appetite. A little while later, I saw him Up-Chucking in the backyard, so I surmised, he must have eaten something that didn’t agree with him. It turns out, that assumption was correct, the next day he was fine. This points out, how sometimes there isn’t anything wrong, but how can we be sure?
